Manage your recurring payment to Go Ape Foundation yourself
Would you like to adjust, pause, or cancel your monthly donation or your chimpanzee adoption? You can easily do this yourself.
Monthly or annual donation
Log in via https://donorbox.org/user_session/new with your email address (choose “Login with One-Time Code” for a code via email, no password required). Under “Recurring Plans,” you will find your donation(s) and can pause, adjust, or cancel them.
Chimpanzee adoption
Manage your adoption via our customer portal. Log in with the email address you used for payment — you will automatically receive a login code.
Are you paying via PayPal?
Log in to paypal.com → Settings (gear icon at the top right) → “Payments” tab → “Manage automatic payments.” Find Go Ape Foundation in the list and click “Cancel.”
